What are we looking for?
Our Sandton office is looking for a Sales Solutions Architect. A Sales Solutions Architect is a corporate solutions selling juggernaut who is focussed on proactively and zealously finding new corporate business, and is a premium brand ambassador for Raizcorp at all times.
What does a Sales Solutions Architect do?
A Sales Solutions Architect is responsible for proactively and zealously developing and establishing new corporate business; maintaining key relationships with existing clients and selling Raizcorp’s offering to both. In addition to this, the Sales Solutions Architect is required to inform the business of market trends, and is required to continually innovate in this space to keep Raizcorp’s offering relevant. The SAA is a premium brand ambassador to the organisation at all times.
Do I need to be experienced in sales to apply?
Yes. In fact, we only consider applicants who have a clear track record of corporate sales (business to business sales, solutions-based selling and a strong background of success in challenging sales spaces.
What kind of products would I sell?
You would be selling Raizcorp and relevant products to a corporate market. What you need to know is that we don’t have one single product but rather solution a bespoke product that meets our clients’ exact needs. This means that you need to become a specialist with a wealth of knowledge; that you are able to listen and think on your feet in boardroom situations. Before you get too worried, it’s important to know that we provide class-leading training and support.
What kind of person makes a good Sales Solutions Architect?

What are the minimum requirements I need?
- Minimum 7 – 10 years’ sales experience.
- Corporate solutions selling experience non-negotiable.
- Have a tertiary level qualification in sales/marketing/commerce.
- Strong evidence of success in challenging sales environments.
